Roxana graduated the Art Directors Club Romania Academy and after winning the local Cannes Young Lion competition in 2012, she was selected to represent Romania at the ADC Europe's Creative Express program and graduated the Eurobest Young Digital Academy. Currently a Group Creative Director at Cheil Romania, she has worked as an Art Director for over 9 years in agencies both small and big, including Publicis and MRM//McCann and has a strong background in digital.

In her career as a creative, she constantly aimed to find communication solutions to social issues such as political bias, school abandonment and domestic violence. Her work has been awarded multiple times at festivals like Cannes Lions, LIA Awards, Golden Drum, Eurobest, FIBRA Awards and other local shows. „Unquiet Voices”, her latest campaign fighting domestic violence, won praise not just in the advertising industry, but also at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival where it got screened last year. The campaign encouraged an entire generation of women to speak up against abuse.

Outside the office she has a thing for superheroes, minimalist design and concerts.
