Pavlina studied and worked 12 years in Germany and has already above 10 years experience in Advertising. Her agency life begins in Ogilvy Düsseldorf,  then McGarryBowen, Isobar and currently she is back in Bulgaria and working as a Creative Director at the independent agency The Smarts.

Last two years she was a Jury Member at the biggest Creative Advertising Awards in Bulgaria - FARA. 2018 she was a Jury Member at Young Lions Bulgaria. Pavlina is also mentoring in several programs for students and young talents, such as Saatchi Circle, Advertising Academy and she is also teaching at SoftUniversity in Sofia. 

During her carrier she has won many Awards for Advertising in Bulgaria, but also in Europe - such as Epica, Effie and German Design Award. Some of her work has been published in the well known magazine Lürzer’s Archive.
